Can I customize my piece?
Some customization may be available such as engravings or chain style/ length for an additional fee. Please email shop@alexajill.com for more information.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Changes are not accepted once your order has been placed. We do however offer refunds within 24 hours of your order being placed, a 14 day exchange period, or store credit. All items must be returned in original condition.

Is there warranty on Alexa Jill Pieces?
Within the first year of purchase, Alexa Jill offers a limited manufacturing warranty on all fine jewellery pieces.
For any damages assessed as a manufacturing defect or quality related issue, Alexa Jill will replace your piece. For any damages deemed normal ‘wear and tear’, a repair fee will be determined once a member of our repair team has assessed your piece.
Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your piece, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Alexa Jill.
