Complimentary shipping on all orders over $500 within North America.

Canada

Standard Courier Insured Shipping within Canada (3-7 business days) – $30.00

Rush Courier Insured Shipping to the Canada (1-3 business days) – $40.00 

U.S.

Standard Courier Insured Shipping to the U.S. (3-7 business days) – $35.00

Rush Courier Insured Shipping to the U.S. (1-3 business days) – $45.00

 

Non-residential PO box addresses will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order prior to dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

Special Orders

Special order items (excluding rings) will be shipped within 4-6 weeks.

Special order rings will be shipped within 6-8 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your item has been dispatched, returns are not accepted.

We provide exchanges or store credit for pieces within 14 days. All items must be returned in original condition.
